Our Medical director

Dr. Joseph Palumbo, DO is the medial director for Hydreight.  Dr. Joe started his career at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA while completing his Emergency Medicine residency at UPMC Hamot Medical Center in 2010. Joe has been a traveling ER physician for over a decade and works in hospitals and medical centers all over the United States.

Dr. Joe has worked in the medical field in many areas such as addiction medicine, general medicine and wellness, and is a licensed botox and medical fillers physician. While doing all of this for the past 5 years, he has gained a gateway into the vastness of telemedicine ,and his medical expertise and afforded him the ability to procure the medical licenses of all of the states in the US.

Telemedicine is an amazing part of the ever-changing landscape of what medicine can offer and do for patients. What Hydreight is doing and has done is just short of unimaginable. He provides Hydreight an opportunity to carry out our vision to anyone in our area, as well as in many different types of medical arenas.

David began serving his community in 1998 as a EMT-B.  Graduating in 2008 as a licensed practical nurse he began working in the hospital setting as a medical/surgical nurse.  In 2016 David graduated from Harrisburg Area Community College with an Associate's degree in nursing and from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor's degree in 2023.  David has been Board Certified in Vascular Access since 2016.

With a combined 25 years of experience in healthcare, David has worked in emergency medicine, medical/surgical care, home health, home hospice, oncology, infusion therapy, and vascular access.  David is a member of the Infusion Nurses Society and the Association for Vascular Access.  David is the currently the President for the Florida Association for Vascular Access.  David is a 2022 Association for Vascular Access Impact Award Recipient for his demonstrated leadership and advocacy in the field of vascular access.

David has authored and co-authored several professional posters pertaining to vascular access and continues to advance his career in publishing.
